FAQ

Responses to Potential Questions

What qualifications are required to apply?

We typically require a high school diploma or equivalent for entry-level positions such as Behavior Technicians. Advanced roles may require a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field. Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus, but not always required.

Do I need to have prior experience in ABA therapy?

We prefer at least 1 year minimum of ABA therapy experience for entry-level positions. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.

Is a certification required to start working?

The CBT (Certified Behavior Technician) certification is preferred. If you do not yet have this license, we’ll guide you through the process and will offer support for completing the RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training and exam.

What does the training process look like?

Our training program includes online and in-person instruction, focusing on ABA principles, data collection, and working with individuals with autism. Once training is complete, you will receive ongoing supervision and support from experienced clinicians.

What is the typical work schedule?

Schedules vary depending on the clients and location but often include part-time or full-time options. Sessions typically take place during daytime, after-school hours, or weekends, depending on client needs.

Are there opportunities for career growth?

Yes! We encourage professional development and offer opportunities to advance into supervisory roles, pursue Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or take on other leadership positions within the company.
