Position Overview
As an ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children or individuals with autism to help them develop essential skills and achieve their goals. You will implement customized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and track progress using data collection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver individualized ABA therapy to clients, focusing on building communication, social, and adaptive skills.
+ Collect and report accurate data on client progress while collaborating with supervisors and families.
+ Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing supervision to ensure high-quality care.
